Tethered Drone Systems · Made in the USA
The drone that never has to land.
Batteries quit in 30 minutes. Ours never gets the chance. The AeroMast Quantum is a tethered drone system that feeds continuous power from the ground, so your aircraft holds station for the entire mission: hours of uninterrupted ISR, force protection, and scene overwatch from a single launch.

The Problem
Batteries tap out. Missions don't.
Every battery-powered ISR orbit runs on a countdown. Every swap is a gap in coverage and a pilot task-saturated at the worst moment, trailed by a logistics chain of chargers and spare packs. The target does not care about your battery percentage. For a mission measured in hours, the aircraft is not the limit. The battery is.
Launch once, hold for hours
Ground power through the tether deletes the swap cycle. No gap in coverage, ever. The camera stays on target from setup to teardown.
On a leash. On purpose.
The tether holds the aircraft in a fixed, known volume of sky. It cannot drift, cannot wander off, and cannot be pushed off station by a dying battery.
One case. One operator. Zero drama.
The Quantum ships in a single hard case, sets up in minutes, and runs on standard 120V power or a small generator.
The System
Quantum AM-Q-V1 tethered power system
A ground station, a 130 ft power tether, and a 120 gram air module that turns the enterprise drone you already fly into a persistent aerial platform.
- 500W continuous at 325 VDC typical through the tether
- AeroModule air unit outputs 9–24 VDC for DJI Mavic 3/4 series, Autel EVO, and other enterprise aircraft
- Fail-safe by design: if ground power is interrupted, the onboard battery takes over for a controlled landing
- Published pricing: $6,500 schools and athletics, $9,500 commercial. No quote games, no sales theater
Applications
Built for missions that cannot blink
ISR & force protection
Persistent perimeter and convoy overwatch from a fixed position, with no battery rotation to plan around.
Drone as first responder
Hold an eye over a scene, a search, or a standoff for the full duration of the call, not the first 30 minutes of it.
Critical site monitoring
Continuous aerial coverage for facilities, utilities, and energy sites, day or night, on generator or shore power.
Venue & event security
A fixed aerial vantage for stadiums, festivals, and large gatherings, proven weekly in live athletics production.
Why AeroMast
We answer to the mission. Nobody else.
No investors. No board. No focus groups. AeroMast is bootstrapped and founder-built in Monroe, Louisiana, and we run it our way. Our systems earned their record the hard way: live, on deadline, in front of crowds and broadcast cameras, where a failure gets seen by thousands and remembered. More than 180 programs trust our tethers every week of the season.
- American manufacturing: designed in Monroe, Louisiana, manufactured in Huntsville, Alabama, just off Redstone Arsenal, with American components throughout: Vicor power modules and Pelican case housings
- Honest pricing: published on this site, roughly one-sixth the cost of our competitors
- Direct line: when you call, you reach the people who designed the system
- Our name is on it: so it works, or we make it right
Roadmap
Bigger power is coming.
The 500W Quantum is in production today. Two higher-power systems are in development for heavier aircraft and dedicated first responder installations.
1.5 kW DFR system
A higher-power tether for drone as first responder aircraft and fixed installations that need all-day persistence.
3–5 kW heavy-lift system
Tethered power for large enterprise and heavy-lift airframes that today's 500W class cannot serve.
